Brantz Farm

Currently it is only 40 acres of logged off land located in Charlotte County in Southern Virginia. It looks like a post apocalyptic aftermath of a logging outfit "taking it all" but there is new beginnings already showing….if you look real close. We would rather think of it as a clean slate and an opportunity to make it as close as possible to everything we wanted it to be.

The plot plan shows the neighboring plots are also very large and one neighbor is actually a tree farm for a plywood company. So what's close by?...nothing! The nearest town with any sort of stores is Brookneal which is nice but still very small.

So what's the plan? The current plan is to have a dozer come in and clear debris and remove stumps and clear about 8 to 10 acres. At the same time install a well, septic system, electric and a driveway. Once the acreage is cleared it will be seeded to start a pasture and fields. All of this is to ready the site for the building of house, barn and out buildings.
